The Quantum System Specialist will play a key role in integrating and optimizing quantum computing technologies within enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, supporting data-driven decision-making, and identifying innovative applications of quantum technology across business processes. The position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, monitor and improve system performance, and apply cutting-edge quantum computing solutions to complex logistical and operational challenges. Accountabilities:

• Analyze current ERP systems to identify opportunities for quantum computing integration and optimization.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, implement, and deploy quantum solutions that enhance operational workflows.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quantum applications function effectively within the ERP framework.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on the use of quantum technologies and their impact on business processes.
• Stay updated on advancements in quantum computing and recommend best practices for integration and deployment.
• Support strategic initiatives by identifying innovative ways quantum systems can deliver competitive advantage and operational improvements.

Requirements

• (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of six years’ experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with at least four years involving quantum technology applications.
• Experience with ERP systems and foundational understanding of quantum computing principles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid security clearance and U.S. passport.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with programming languages used in quantum computing and Oracle database systems is a plus.
• Experience with U.S. defense or aerospace-related projects is desirable.
