Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure / Data Centre)

Job Summary:
- This is a site-based role for a Quantity Surveyor with 4–5 years of experience in infrastructure, data centre, or similar large-scale projects.
- The position focuses on cost control, measurements, and contract administration within a fast-paced site environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and progress valuations.
- Assist with interim claims, variations, and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and site progress.
- Support procurement activities and subcontractor pricing.
- Verify site measurements and work completion.
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- 4–5 years of Quantity Surveying experience, preferably in a site-based role.
- Experience in infrastructure or data centre projects is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on site.
