Job Overview
We are seeking a male Quantitative Trader with over 3 years of practical live-market trading experience to join our Hong Kong team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, backtesting, and optimizing quantitative strategies, executing live trades, and consistently driving returns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, backtest, and optimize quantitative trading strategies across various asset classes.
- Execute live trades, monitor markets, and adjust strategies in real time.
- Analyze trading performance and refine strategies to maximize profitability and control risk.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Male, with a minimum of 3 years of professional quantitative trading experience and a proven live-market track record.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or MATLAB.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in quantitative-related fields (master’s or PhD preferred).
- Fluent in English.
- Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
- Strong analytical skills and risk awareness.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) or systematic trading.
- Familiarity with SFC regulatory requirements.
- Work experience in reputable financial institutions.
