About the Role

We’re looking for a Quant Trader to design, test and execute market-making and flow-driven trading strategies in the crypto futures space. You’ll work closely with our trading and tech teams to identify alpha opportunities and improve execution efficiency. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a solid foundation in algorithmic trading who wants to grow in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Client Flow & Market Analysis

• Identify patterns and behavioral signals in traders’ orders.
• Assess continuation and reversal probabilities after user trades.
• Monitor liquidity, volatility, and funding conditions across exchanges.

2. Strategy Development

• Develop quoting logic based on market depth, inventory, and exposure.
• Adjust spreads dynamically using real-time signals and funding rates.
• Contribute to building and maintaining internal tools for data and execution.

3. Backtesting & Optimization

• Prototype and validate trading hypotheses using simulated and live data.
• Build or maintain data pipelines for order and trade analytics.
• Optimize execution for spread capture and risk-adjusted performance.

4. Risk Management

• Apply disciplined position sizing and risk-control models.
• Minimize drawdowns and monitor performance against benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in algorithmic or systematic trading - ideally in crypto futures, equity margin trading, or CME futures.
• Strong understanding of:
• Order book microstructure and execution logic.
• Adverse selection and liquidity provision.
• Perpetual futures (funding, leverage, and margin).
• Proficient in Python (or C#).
• Comfortable building from scratch - data pipelines, analysis tools, or strategy prototypes.
• Independent thinker with solid risk discipline and curiosity to learn.

Candidates with experience in market making, algorithmic trading, or quantitative research in crypto or traditional markets are encouraged to apply.

Nice to Have

• Experience with market-making or liquidity provision on CEXs.
• Track record of live, profitable trading strategies.
• Experience with machine learning for order flow prediction or classification.
• Exposure to low-latency or HFT environments.
