Quality & Test Engineer (Mobile / Tester)

TLDR

As a Tester at Luscii, you will ensure every release of mobile health apps meets the highest standards, driving continuous improvement and impactful healthcare solutions.

Are you passionate about quality and eager to make an impact in digital health? At Luscii, you will join a team that’s revolutionizing healthcare by creating space for care. Our mission is to empower patients and healthcare professionals with digital tools that make care more personal, efficient, accessible and human. On a daily basis, our mobile apps are used by patients and clinicians across multiple countries, making reliability and quality absolutely essential.

That’s where you come in. As a Tester at Luscii, you will play a key role in ensuring that every release meets the highest standards. You are going to help shape how we test, automate wherever possible and continuously improve the quality of our apps by working closely with our developers, product owners, and designers to build experiences that truly make a difference in people’s lives.

Your role

You will join a multidisciplinary team that builds and maintains our mobile Omron Connect applications for both iOS and Android. You are going to take ownership of the testing process, from designing manual and automated frameworks to running exploratory and risk-based tests.

Together with your teammates, you will make sure that our products meet both technical and clinical quality standards while staying focused on what really matters: delivering safe and seamless experiences for patients and healthcare professionals.

What you will be doing, among others:

  • Build and maintain test frameworks for both iOS and Android from scratch.

  • Write, run and optimise manual and automated tests.

  • Design and execute risk-based testing strategies across mobile, API and network layers.

  • Integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines.

  • Manage bugs efficiently using Linear and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues.

  • Translate real-world healthcare scenarios into structured test cases, preferably using BDD principles.

  • Oversee the testing process for App Store and Play Store releases, including signing and beta distribution.

  • Work within Agile teams (Scrum and Kanban) to align testing priorities with sprint goals.

  • Coach team members on QA practices and promote a culture of quality across the organisation.
