Your main responsibilities:

Maintenance, updating, and monitoring of the quality management system (ISO 9001 or other standards);
Execution or supervision of controls, internal audits, and compliance check;
Collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to non-conformities, performance, and improvements;
Identification, root cause analysis, and definition of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
Preparation of documentation and assistance during audits by certification bodies or clients;
Raising awareness and training staff on procedures and standards.

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

Excellent knowledge of basic IT tools and good command of the English language.Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel;
Availability to travel and operational flexibility;
Basic knowledge of quality system standards and certification processe;
Experience in carrying out internal audits of certified management systems, preferably in the areas of quality, workplace safety and the environment;
Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
