Quality Manager

- Comprehend and adhere to all safety guidelines and contributing to a safe work environment.

- Report safety incidents per policy.
- Advise production on quality standards and communicate expectations, including during new product launches.
- Provide real-time feedback on quality performance during new product implementation.
- Identify discrepancies in reporting, inspection results, or production output and recommend corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen quality metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure quality systems, procedures, and controls are followed consistently across operations.
- Develop and maintain tools to verify product quality and support adherence to standards
- Lead root cause analysis and drive effective corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct internal audits and support layered process audits
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare in depth analysis and present weekly quality metrics to leadership
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects that enhance process capability and KPIs
- Provide guidance and coaching to operations and quality teams on standards and best practices
- Learn and adapt to new workflows, systems, and products within project schedules.
- Champion process improvement initiatives across different product lines and media.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Work closely with managers and support teams (safety, technical resources, etc) to maintain workflow.
- Act as a subject matter expert in manufacturing systems, supporting training and mentorship of associates.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to support client commitments.
- Coordinate communication with teams throughout the shift to align goals and track progress.
- Motivate and influence peers to achieve team objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field
- 5+ years of Quality or Manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, RCA, CAPA, 8D, etc.)
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across teams
- Proven ability to lead improvements and manage multiple priorities
- ASQ certification (CQE, CQA, CSSGB, etc.)
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience leading cross‑functional quality initiatives
Salary Range: $95,000-$110,000
