About the mission

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join one of our Product Tribes and tackle a critical challenge: elevating quality across fast-moving squads as hands-on contributor, facilitator, and coach.

Your mission: empower developers to build robust features while proactively identifying quality gaps and driving a quality-first culture from conception to production. You'll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Developers across multiple squads, and contribute to our QA Community of Practice to shape quality standards company-wide.

Your responsibilities

  • Support and facilitate quality efforts across multiple squads, within your tribe, engaging early in product discussions to identify edge cases and define testing strategies from the start.
  • Ensure new functionalities are covered by automated tests and legacy features remain properly tested during updates.
  • Conduct exploratory testing campaigns and hands-on testing to maintain deep product knowledge and assess overall product quality.
  • Ensure test suite quality and reliability, supporting developers in test maintenance and contributing to CI/CD improvements
  • Track quality metrics, identify trends, drive data-driven improvements, and provide regular quality reporting
  • Actively participate in the QA Community of Practice to share learnings, align on standards, and contribute to evaluating new testing tools and methodologies

Our technical stack

  • Backend: Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres, Redis.
  • Frontend: React, Typescript, Jest, Playwright.
  • Tooling: Datadog, Sentry, Github Actions

Your profile

  • 5+ years as a QA Engineer or Software Engineer in Test, ideally in agile, cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong understanding of automated and manual testing best practices.
  • Able to analyze test results, identify flaky tests, and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to work closely with developers, PMs, and other QAs.
  • Autonomous, pragmatic, and able to prioritize impact over process.
  • Curious and product-minded — eager to understand how things work and where they can fail.
  • Good level in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with or knowledge of Playwright and Gherkin is a strong plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines, especially GitHub Actions.
