Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. Our company operates in a regulated environment and adheres to ISO9001 and AS9100 standards. We specialize in manual manufacturing processes, emphasizing precision and reliability in every aspect of our operations. Work Authorization: Due to US Govt and our Clients rules and regulations - candidates must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship and or Permanent Residence. Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Lean Manufacturing Tools and Technologies – The use of tools, techniques and processes specifically designed to increase value added work, including daily routines and tasks, to eliminate waste, decrease cost, and create a culture of continuous improvement 
  • Gather, Analyze, and Report information – Observing, receiving or otherwise obtaining information from all available resources. Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts within the information to provide meaningful results for the given audience 
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures in accordance with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Perform inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and training to production teams on quality standards and procedures.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize defects and non-conformances.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
  • Proven track record in manual manufacturing environments, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
  • Prefer candidates with a solid Data background and organizing Data
