This position is to deliver quality product to customers supported by the use of effective systems. Proactively seek out best practices and process innovations. Support the site across all functions to continuously improve defect reduction.
The Candidate will support the continual improvement of the facility's Quality management System to ensure Customer Requirements are met through the operation of efficient and effective processes.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry and 3 years of experience as Continuous Improvement Analyst.
- The 3 years of experience with the Bachelor’s degree must include experience with QMS requirements including related international standards, BRC requirements; quality disciplines including costs of quality, quality monitoring, quality tools and techniques and statistical analysis; internal and external audits. T
- Alternatively, you have a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Quality Engineering & Management.

The Master’s degree must have included courses in:
- quality management and six sigma, manufacturing engineering,
- integrated product design and development,
- graduate seminar work / academic project using SPC Tool Minitab, VMM/CMM, the calibration process, and 3D modeling with SolidWorks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver quality product to customers supported by the use of effective systems.
· Proactively seek out best practices and process innovations.
· Supporting the site across all functions to continuously improve defect reduction.
- Support the continual improvement of the facility's Quality management System to ensure Customer Requirements are met through the operation of efficient and effective processes.
- Support improvement areas towards products, processes and systems operated.
- Support the maintenance of the facility’s Quality Management System based on ISO9001 for continuous audit readiness.
- Support other regulatory/legal requirements, e.g., ISO 45001, BRC etc.
- Lead problem solving activities to ensure actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Coordinate actions, and assess corrective actions proposed for effectiveness.
- Support the OGSM process, and the generation and review of Site and Group key performance indicators (KPI).
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally.
- Apply a structured approach to situations so that steps and actions are clear for all interested parties, e.g. plan, do, check, act.
- Support communication using defined tools e.g. Ishikawa, 5-why, 8D etc.
