ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Supplier quality management, quality complaint handling, handling quality requirement from customer, quality improvement.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Tracking supplier performance and reporting.
- Lead supplier quality system audits for existing supplier base. Assure the quality level of the suppliers to meet the standards.
- Investigates supplier quality issues from manufacturing or field and works directly with suppliers to ensure appropriate containment actions and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.
-Work with suppliers in the areas of process control, quality control/assurance, data collection, product test, failure analysis, corrective actions, facilitate supplier continuous improvement programs to achieve sustainable quality performance.
- To interface with customers on products’ quality requirements and ensure that quality requirements are follow to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Incoming quality control, and handling the disposition for non-conforming raw materials and finished goods.
- To handle customers’ complaints and verify customer returns and feedback to concerned parties.
- Assist in resolving warranty of quality with customers.
- Quality WI & standards preparation and update.
- Expertise Assist of quality in new product and project.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Degree holder.
- At least 3 additional years of experience in quality management in manufacturing company, be familiar to ISO9001 & TS16949. Familiar with IATF16949 would be a strong plus.
- Good English reading and writing skill.
- Experience with problem solving and working in a team environment.
- Experience with quality complaint handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills including MS Office and Lotus.
- Project management experience.
- Measurement product experience preferred.
