The Quality Engineer, as a key member of the Plant Quality team, focuses on improving the Customer experience through product quality improvement initiatives by leading systematic problem-solving efforts in collaboration with the Operations, Process Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and R&D functions. This position requires the ability to follow a structured problem-solving format, make data-driven decisions, implement the solution and sustain the results. This individual will focus on improving the quality management system by ensuring all standards are followed and new standards are defined where needed. A successful candidate would have strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
