Quality Director

 

Responsibilities

  • Establish end-to-end and whole-life product quality management system
  • Confirm and run the company's quality objectives, effectively analyze the operation of the quality indicators of each department and organize the annual management review to ensure that the annual KPI indicators of the department are achieved and continuously improved

  • Responsible for the company's quality control and quality standards related policies, processes, systems and operating norms of the formulation, inspection, implementation and improvement

  • Responsible for quality team building, optimize the organizational structure of the department, clarify the responsibilities, powers, and obligations of each position, and allocate the appropriate personnel to build an efficient quality team

  • Organize and coordinate the internal, customer and third-party to conduct system audit, process audit, product audit, hierarchical audit and other quality review work and track the resolution of the problem

  • Manage daily quality work including laboratory and measurement management, supplier quality issues, advance quality planning, daily quality control, non-conforming product management and so on

  • Responsible for maintaining and communicating with the customer's corresponding department in quality management, ensuring that the quality of the company's products and services meets customer requirements, leading and passing customer audits.

  • Responsible for the company's various quality accident investigation, analysis, and proposed solutions.  For the major quality issues customers complain, recurring issues, shall guide, track and monitor progress of problem

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing preferred)

  • More than 5 years of senior management experience in lithium battery industry, familiar with industry knowledge.

  • Good experience in quality management, excellent Engineering background, excellent thinking logic and coordination ability

  • Proficient in IATF-16949, ISO-14001, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
