Quality Control Lead

• Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient testing of software products
• Establish quality standards and best practices for software development and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the software development lifecycle
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including test planning, test execution, and defect management
• Identify, track, and report on key quality metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7 - 10 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management
• Experience with test automation and manual testing
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of QA engineers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
