MediBuddy is India’s largest digital health provider, with over 6 million users and clinics, corporate health benefits,  labs and medication delivery service spanning the whole country. 

We care deeply about clinical quality and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to improve the quality of consultations and other clinical services provided by MediBuddy. This involves the training of medical and non medical staff, consultation quality monitoring, and clinical audits. Our aim is to provide the very best quality of consultation services aided by appropriate use of technology and decision support systems. The reviewer is responsible for assessing the quality of consultations against our internal standards for high quality consultations. The quality standards we employ are a mix of subjective and objective measures. Job Responsibilities: 

1. Consultation quality monitoring for consultations done via online platform for online consultations, Prescription validation, insurance MER consultations and any other consultation as assigned for evaluation based on set criteria 

2. Prescription appropriateness monitoring with check of prescriptions given via different portals within MediBuddy 

3. Training of doctors or pharmacists regarding the stated processes

Essential qualifications

1. Academic background in clinical subjects and/or training in public health  [BSc, MSc Nursing/D Pharm/M Pharm/BDS/BAMS/BHMS]. Clinical experience working in Hospitals for 2-3 years is preferred

2. Background or training in clinical quality, pharmacovigilance, medical operations, training, supervision etc.  is preferred

3. Comfortable using  Google Docs/Sheets/Presentation (or Excel, Word, powerpoint  or any other office suit)

Desirable qualifications

1. Past work experience at quality and monitoring roles or organizations

2. Experience or training in medical transcription

3. Multi-lingual
