Quality Assurance Tester

Come join a team using machine learning and cloud computing to help manufacturers in every industry eliminate waste and improve the quality of their products! Elementary is looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to help us test our product and ensure stability as we deploy to thousands of manufacturing facilities. This role on our Engineering team and will partner closely with Product and Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

• Work with product and engineering teams to design testing plans for our web application
• Implement testing plans as written and record detailed results
• Communicate results to product and engineering teams so that the product can be improved
• Elaborate on and improve testing plans to add coverage for more features of the application

Required Qualifications

• Comfortable with computers and excited to learn more about programming
• Fluent with Google G Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail: ability to follow and run test plans and record all relevant results
• Ability to communicate effectively and not afraid to ask questions
• Motivated to learn about machine vision technology and grow with the company
• Strong written and spoken English
• Willing to work from our office in the Hipodromo / Condesa area, CDMX

Bonus Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior experience creating test plans, product specifications, feature requirements, or related
• Experience with Linux
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Python and/or Javascript
• Understanding of web technologies
