Quality Assurance & Test Specialist

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Test Specialist to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Ensuring end-to-end quality, covering test planning and execution, quality processes, and test campaigns.
• Focusing on agile ways of working and functional testing of procurement applications.
• Performing IS quality control and evaluation activities.
• Defining, developing, managing, and reporting on quality test plans and testing activities.
• Creating and maintaining IS quality control procedures, aligned with established standards.
• Preparing and delivering quality plans and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Providing expert advice on quality improvements and best practices.
• Coordinating and overseeing test campaigns, ensuring proper execution and documentation.
• Collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to support continuous improvement of testing processes and quality assurance practices.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT and at least 7 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's and at least 11 years of experience).
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of EU Financial and procurement processes.
• Experience with financial systems and ERP platforms, such as ABAC, SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar tools used in EU or public sector environments.
• Ability to perform functional testing of financial applications, including validation of procurement/ordering and invoice workflows, and procurement modules.
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and system integration testing in financial domains.
• Previous experience with SCRUM and familiarity of Agile methodology and SAFE methodology.
• Proven experience with test automation tools such as Selenium.
• Exposure in different testing types: Smoke / Sanity Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing and End to End testing.
• Experienced into defining Test Scope, designing Test Strategy, Effort estimation, training new joiners and hosting defect meetings by doing root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at same time by regular follow-ups with an organized and streamlined approach.
• Collaborate with customers on a regular basis to update the status on the tested application and future insights.
• Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
