Quality Assurance Technician (Fixed-Term)

Opened in 2018, our Turkey office operates as the R&D arm of Rapsodo. We have offices located in Bayraklı & Technopark in the Izmir Ege University, recognized by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology as one of Turkey’s most successful Technoparks. Our offices incorporate UI/UX, Mobile, Cloud Technologies along with Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Science and Unity teams. Rapsodo is rapidly growing, and we are looking for team players who will contribute to deliver state-of-the-art solutions with us. We're looking for a We’re looking for a QA Technician to join us for a fixed-term position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of mobile applications and related hardware devices.
• Execute test scenarios and report test results.
• Support test plan preparation based on user requirements.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and issues.
• Conduct compatibility testing across different iOS and Android devices.
• Perform on-field testing, including taking shots, to validate application and device functionality.
• Assist in user experience and basic performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and product quality.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in mobile application or hardware testing.
• Familiarity with testing processes for iOS and Android platforms.
• Experience in manual testing.
• Ability to execute test scenarios and use bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Basic knowledge of golf or willingness to perform shots for testing purposes.
• Strong attention to detail and experience in functional and user experience testing.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Residence in İzmir.
