Quality Assurance Specialist - Telecommunications

General Purpose:  Ensures products and services meet client, stakeholder and contractual expectations, by monitoring order processes/SOPs to enhance operations, ensure reliability of work product, and minimize  errors.

 Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Implementation of quality assurance procedures
  2. Order inspection and review of workflow
  3. Contract review
  4. pricing
  5. process
  6. accuracy
  7. reports weekly on results
  8.  identify and log work errors with resolution or action items for correction
  9. Evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and share actionable process suggestions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  2. Excellent verbal and writing skills
  3. Strong analytical and organizational skills
  4. Prior Telecom background required, minimum 2 years
  5. conversant in multi-product/solution based business
  6. Global connectivity, DIA, MPLS, Wireless
  7. Hosted PBX
  8. SDWAN, Firewall and SASE
  9. Digital PRI and SIP VOIP solutions
