  • Maintain document control & manage internal audit
  • Drives Continuous Improvement initiatives implementation which leads to Service-Level Agreement (SLA) improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction
  • Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with Operation to improve the quality
  • Ensure Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any field, preferably in Business administration, Computer science, or related disciplines.
  • At Least 1 year in Quality Management System (QMS) or Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Proficient in quality standards and procedures (e.g.ISO 9001.27001)
  • Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and report)
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Expert Facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
  • Placement : Surabaya
