About the Role:

Ensure dietary supplements meet quality specifications and cGMP regulations through thorough checks, documentation, and adherence to procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify components and amounts align with the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR).
  • Conduct in-process checks, sampling, and document QA activities.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and cGMP procedures.
  • Perform micro and ATP swabbing to validate cleaning processes.
  • Verify accuracy of QC documentation, including batch records and logs.
  • Approve completed BPRs and close manufacturing orders with CMS adjustments.
  • Investigate deviations, discuss quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Participate in sanitation and cGMP training.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.


Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience in dietary supplement or food manufacturing/quality control preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Reliable attendance and attention to detail.


Schedule & Pay:

  • 5:00PM to 5:00AM | $23.50/ hour + $3.00/hr weekend shift differential
  • The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
  • Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!

 

Physical Requirements:

Heavy work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects (with or without reasonable accommodations).
