About the Quality Assurance Manager Role  

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager ensures Kooner Fleet Management Solutions maintenance operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role oversees preventive maintenance programs, conducts audits across multiple sites, and drives consistency in how our teams deliver reliable fleet service to customers nationwide. 

Where You’ll Make an Impact 

• Lead and maintain KFMS’s quality assurance program across all maintenance operations. 

• Audit preventive maintenance, repair work, and documentation to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance. 

• Conduct regular audits of work orders, PM checklists, repair documentation, and site processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. 

• Identify trends, develop corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

• Collaborate with operations teams to refine PM intervals, inspection criteria, and documentation processes. 

• Collaborate with Fleet Managers and site leads to improve processes and technician performance. 

• Support technician and leadership training programs related to maintenance quality and documentation standards. 

• Standardize QA procedures and training across all sites to ensure consistent performance. 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

• 5+ years in fleet or truck maintenance with experience across multiple OEMs. 
• Strong background in quality assurance, compliance auditing, or maintenance program management. 
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs, inspection standards, and DOT/FMSCA regulations. 
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data, interpret trends, and develop corrective action plans. 
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. 
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• ASE Certification or equivalent technical training. 
• Experience with large-scale fleet operations (Middle Mile, Last Mile, or logistics). 
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar process improvement certification. 
• Knowledge of SLA-based performance structures with enterprise customers.
