AI overview

Shape quality assurance practices for a platform processing petabytes of aerial imagery and delivering real-time geospatial insights, while mentoring team members and improving QA frameworks.

We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead to drive quality assurance practices within our agile delivery team. In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise in testing and automation with strong leadership, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll be contributing to a platform that processes petabytes of aerial imagery, powers advanced AI models, and delivers real-time geospatial insights to customers around the world. From data ingestion and processing to intelligent delivery through APIs and customer-facing applications, our systems push the boundaries of performance, scale, and innovation.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape quality practices across an end-to-end platform spanning high-resolution imagery, AI-driven insights, and scalable data delivery systems while establishing foundational QA standards in our new Warsaw engineering hub. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability of systems that are transforming how industries make critical decisions at scale.

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new features meet business requirements and the highest quality standards. You will lead by example—designing and executing test strategies, improving QA frameworks, and mentoring team members. You will also play a key role in shaping scalable, efficient QA processes that support continuous delivery and long-term product reliability.

  • Track record of improving QA practices and influencing quality culture across teams.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium, Postman, JavaScript-based test frameworks, CI/CD, and Git.
  • Hands-on experience with testing APIs, UI, performance, and cross-browser behaviour including mobile devices.
  • Empathetic and inclusive leader with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and committed to high standards of technical excellence.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and distributed teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, with a strong understanding of software development processes, quality assurance methodologies, and test automation frameworks.
