Quality Assurance Executive

 Quality planning, ensuring quality checks through quality inspectors. 

● Monitoring In process & Final Quality. 

● Problem Analysis and Establish Root cause, Plan and Implement Corrective and Preventive Action. 

● Conducting Audis Like - Audit, Case study to control quality issues. 

● Prepare standard operating procedure and standard testing procedure Finished product, Raw Materials and Stability samples. Maintain quality control instruments. 

● Maintain a high level of documentation status in QC laboratory. Prepare & oversee MIS reports on various processing. Review all documents & initiate internal/ external audits. Coordinate with the QA to ensure the document initiation. Develop CAPA as against tentative reports. 

● Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers. 

● Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. 

● Organize and manage quality assurance functions in close co-operation with the customers and with the Company’s Management team (Member of Management Team). 

● Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training. ● Collating and analyzing performance data and charts against defined parameters.

● Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary. 

● Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks. 

● Writing technical and management systems reports. 

● Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures. 

● Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization ● Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers. ● Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff. 

● Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures. 

● Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods. 

● Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA. 

● Visiting customer places for reviewing customer complaints and providing justification for complaints. 

● Conducting Daily MDIs on the shop floor and updating daily improvement and actions. 

● Tracking, monitoring operation/quality metrics and working towards achieving company targets. 

● Executive is the overall responsibility of executing the quality activities and reporting to the Senior Executive.
