Responsibility:

Ensure Cold Mill and Foil Mill processes are in order to optimize performance, maximize material recovery, and achieve consistent quality.
Maintain and develop standard process specification in line with market requirement.
Control Cold Mill & Foil Mill Coolants in a cost-effective manner
Monitor and maintain the hydraulic/gear oils, and lead any coolant improvement initiatives.
Support development of new products and solutions for Aluminum flat rolled production routes.
It is expected that 50% of the time will be spent on the floor observing, auditing, and communicating to crews.
About 25% of the time will be spent collecting/analyzing data, and project work.
The remaining time shall be spent in meetings, communicating, and reporting.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

8+ years of experience with Aluminum FRP manufacturing

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with data-driven, structured approach to root cause analysis and problem-solving
Experience in developing standard processes to ensure high material recovery and improved quality

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering
