Quality Assurance Engineer (Cloud Native products)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for Quality Assurance Engineer (Cloud Native products) with 5+ years of experience.

Education & Core Competencies
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• Quality Assurance, Test Automation & Python Expertise
Hands-on experience in Agile and DevOps environments, with a strong focus on quality processes and continuous improvement.
Proficient in Python for automation, test development, and scripting in cloud-native environments.
Extensive experience with automated testing practices, including TDD/ATDD, test planning, and quality strategy.
Skilled in working with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework, Playwright, and Python-based custom test suites.
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration using tools like Jenkins, Selenium, and Robot Framework.
• APIs, Networking & System Validation
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including SDN and L2/L3 networking.
Practical knowledge of REST APIs, NetConf, and YANG models, including API validation and automation techniques.
• Cloud, Containers & Infrastructure Testing
Hands-on experience testing cloud-native applications running on AWS, Azure, or Google

Cloud.
Practical experience with containers, Kubernetes, and ecosystem tools for validating microservices deployments.
Proficiency with Linux command-line operations, system debugging, logs analysis, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana) for identifying system-level issues and validating performance KPIs.

• Nice to Have
Experience handling customer escalations, production outages, and complex defect investigations.
Certifications such as CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) or similar cloud/Kubernetes certification. Fluent in English; Strong communication and collaboration; Troubleshooting and problem-solving; Creative, out-of-the-box solutions; Cross-functional, international teamwork.
