What You'll Do

As a Quality Assurance Consultant within the Neocol Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the design, documentation, and execution of manual test scripts across all stages of our project lifecycle. You will implement testing best practices and methodologies to improve the quality of our Salesforce implementations and meet solution requirements for projects.

  • Serve as collaborative project team member and point of contact for all QA-related activities
  • Develop overall testing strategies for projects
  • Analyze requirements and acceptance criteria and turn into valuable test plans/scripts using a variety of test techniques
  • Validate user expectations are achieved during the testing process
  • Support testing efforts for projects including Integration, System, Regression, Functional/Non-Functional, and User Acceptance Testing
  • Document and evaluate test results and defects
  • Track and manage defects and work with Development and Business teams
  • Provide testing estimates for assigned projects
  • Track and report on QA metrics for your projects
  • Mentor clients in best practices for successful UAT and guide them through the process
  • Mentor other team members in QA best practices and consulting best practices
  • Add to department and company process improvement activities

What You'll Bring

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of prior experience testing the Salesforce platform
  • Experience in at least five medium to large-scale full-lifecycle projects as a Salesforce Consultant focused on testing
  • Experience using Jira, Zephyr Scale, Slack, Google Suite, and LucidChart
  • Ability to write clear, detailed test plans and test cases
  • Demonstrate ability to work on concurrent projects, activities, and tasks under time constraints
  • Salesforce Administrator certification

What Would Set You Apart

  • Previous experience in a QA Lead / Test Lead role
  • Salesforce CPQ certification
  • Salesforce Billing experience and Superbadges
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cloud, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Tableau/CRM, RightRev, NetSuite/ARM
  • Knowledge or experience with test automation
