We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who ensures the delivery of high-quality software by designing, executing, and maintaining test plans and test cases across functional areas. This role focuses primarily on manual testing, defect identification, documentation, and supporting SDLC processes. QA Analysts will work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure software meets both business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to build test strategies.
  • Design, document, and execute manual test cases and regression suites.
  • Identify, log, and track software defects using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Collaborate with developers and PMs to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain QA documentation including test cases, test results, and traceability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards.
  • Support the SDLC by participating in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing or QA.
  • Strong manual testing background across regression, functional, and UAT.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or any major ticketing/QA system.
  • Strong documentation skills (test cases, test plans, test evidence).
  • Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Basic SQL skills for data validation.
  • Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent English skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be located in Latam.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Azure Testing tools.
  • Exposure to Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or other automation frameworks.
  • Understanding of unit testing practices.
  • Any QA or Agile certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Scrum).
