  • Validate application performance and ensure releases meet quality, scalability, and reliability standards

  • Track QA metrics and identify opportunities to improve test coverage, efficiency, and defect prevention

  • Contribute to QA documentation, standards, and continuous process improvements

  • Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and release readiness reviews

How You’ll Measure Success

  • Increased automation coverage and reduced reliance on manual regression testing

  • Reduction in escaped defects and production incidents

  • Improved release cycle predictability without sacrificing quality

  • Clear, thorough defect documentation that accelerates resolution

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of QA experience in a SaaS or cloud-based environment

  • Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar

  • Experience testing REST APIs and validating system integrations
