We’re seeking a meticulous Quality Analyst who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and airtight delivery standards. In this role, you’ll review digital and print learning materials end-to-end—checking language, formatting, visual consistency, content flow, and adherence to quality frameworks. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure every deliverable meets expectations and every risk is identified early. Perform comprehensive QA checks on multiple types of learning deliverables, ensuring alignment with project scope and quality standards.
Review content for language accuracy, readability, structure, visual consistency, and stylistic alignment.
Use established tools, templates, and QA processes to maintain consistency and objectivity.
Track issues, escalate risks, and communicate timelines or scope impacts early and clearly.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to clarify issues and resolve questions.
Work independently while balancing multiple priorities and tight turnaround times.
Maintain adherence to defined QA processes from LDCoE or project governance.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy.
Strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfort managing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and focus.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with confidence in asking clarifying questions.
Exposure to authoring tools (Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, etc.) is a plus.
