Are you ready to drive operational excellence in Qualitative market research? We’re looking for a Qualitative Operations Director, to lead the operational piece of multiple complex market research studies across healthcare (pharma), retail, and consumer sectors. This is your chance to make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation and integrity thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Work with a talented team of 10+ Qualitative professionals
• Strategically staff and manage multiple projects for success
• Coordinate participant recruitment and vendor/client relationships
• Maintain project management systems and lead weekly status calls
• Travel as needed to support client and project success

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Qualitative market research operations within healthcare (pharma)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment
• BA/BS in market research, psychology, sociology, business, or related field
