SUMMARY
The QHSE Associate plays a critical role in supporting Avetta’s EMEA operations by conducting manual audits, verifying contractor safety documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and client-specific requirements. This role is essential in driving CARES+ values - Communication, Accountability, Responsiveness, Empathy, and Solution - through proactive engagement with EU suppliers and contractors.
This role requires being fully fluent in English in addition to one of the following languages: Italian or German.
If residing within commutable distance to our Maidenhead office, a hybrid schedule would be offered (3 days in office, 2 days work from home). Candidates who reside within commutable distance are strongly preferred, but those outside of commutable distance (but still residing in England or Wales) may be considered on a remote basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Manual Audits to assess a Contractor’s Safety and Health Programs, Procedures, and Training documentation required based on exposure hazards associated with services performed. The Audits are intended to ensure compliance with applicable legislation (Federal, State, Provincial, etc.) as well as any Client site requirements.
