Have at least 1 year of experience and have managed a QC team of about 10-15 people.
Problem solving skills, conflict management, logical thinking and effective communication skills.
Teamwork skills.
Proficient in using computers and Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, Word), basic functions in Excel (if, ifs, sumif, sumifs, vlookup, pivot table, etc.).
Can read and understand English documents related to error standards.
