QC Plumbing Inspector

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Plumbing or related discipline)

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years in plumbing inspection

• At least 3–5 years of inspection experience, with 1–2 years in inspection supervision

• Thorough knowledge of applicable international and US codes, construction, maintenance, and material standards

• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Good physical condition; able to work outdoors, confined spaces, and at heights

Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):

• Internationally recognized Plumbing Inspection certification (ICBO or equivalent)

• NDT Level II (ASNT) where applicable

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Hold, Witness, and Surveillance inspections

• Inspect materials, installations, handling, storage, and protection

• Monitor contractor quality systems and documentation

• Review quality document submittals

• Witness tests and commissioning activities

• Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and deficiency reports

• Ensure compliance with COMPANY standards, specifications, and Schedule “Q”
