QC Manager

ensure the productivity, performance, and competency development of the QC team to achieve quality targets.
Develop, evaluate, and update SOPs related to Quality Control Processes (incoming and outgoing).
Conduct quality findings analysis and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare regular QC reports and next actions for management.
Ensure quality standards are met for GPS/Hardware units received from vendors and installed for customers.
Establish and monitor the KPIs of the QC team and conduct periodic evaluations.
Propose and implement innovations to improve QC processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
3-6 years of experience in quality management or related roles.
Strong expertise in quality management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve processes.
Proven experience in process improvement and problem-solving techniques.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and guiding teams.
In-depth knowledge of quality management tools, technology, and industry standards.
