Job Title: QA Tester and Business Consultant
Location: Makati, Philippines (Onsite)

We are partnering with a leading fintech company looking to hire an experienced QA Tester and Business Consultant to join their growing team in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

QA Testing

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases (functional, regression, integration, UAT).

• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to verify fixes.

• Analyze test results, report findings, and suggest solutions to potential blockers.

• Stay updated on testing tools, strategies, and industry best practices.

Business Consulting

• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and propose aligned solutions.

• Prepare business specifications, process documentation, and user guides.

• Support project implementation, configuration, training, and deployment.

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and change management initiatives.

• Provide 1st/2nd level application support and ad-hoc consulting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

• 8+ years of experience as QA Tester, Business Consultant, or Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, software testing methodologies, and business process documentation.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum experience, digital transformation projects, SQL/database knowledge.

• Familiarity with API testing and automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
