Job Opening: QA Specialist / Recruiter

Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)

Perform quality assurance assessments to ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
Conduct audits of system performance, user experience, and deliverables to drive continuous improvement.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Quality Assurance and technical positions, sourcing and screening candidates effectively.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist with creating job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent in the QA field.
Provide comprehensive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive experience.
Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement while presenting findings to management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or recruitment.
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for quality and talent acquisition.
