QA SAP Intern

About the Role
Are you passionate about data, technology, and quality in the pharmaceutical industry? Join Santen’s EMEA Quality Department as an SAP Quality Intern and help us ensure our systems and processes meet the highest standards for patient safety and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Support quality assurance activities for the SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) module.
• Test SAP change requests and verify customer and product master data.
• Monitor SAP processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Help create clear, user-friendly training materials (SOPs, work instructions, videos) for SAP QM users.
• Collaborate with international teams and gain hands-on experience in a regulated, multicultural environment.

Education:

Pursuing a diploma for Data Science, Data Engineering, Computer Science or life-science programs

Competencies

• Ability to understand and communicate well in English (verbal/written); knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Strong execution skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Eagerness to learn and grow quickly
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

• Duration: 6 – 8 months
• Full Time: 5 days per week (40hrs) or Part time: 4 days per week (32hrs)
