Your responsibilities will span the full quality function, including:

Quality Management

  • Develop and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS), aligned with ISO standards
  • Ensure processes meet customer, regulatory, and industry requirements
  • Support certification audits and organisation-wide readiness
  • Lead risk assessments and preventative quality measures

Quality Control & Inspection

  • Inspect raw materials, in-process and finished goods
  • Maintain sampling plans, testing methods, and calibration requirements
  • Work alongside manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve quality issues in real time

Supplier Quality

  • Evaluate, monitor, and build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Conduct supplier audits and ensure incoming materials meet specification
  • Lead resolution of supplier-related quality issues

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain SOPs, work instructions and quality documentation
  • Track non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality performance
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leaders

Problem Solving & Customer Focus

  • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective & preventive action (CAPA)
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Support teams to embed long-term solutions – not temporary fixes

Continuous Improvement

  • Support Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen initiatives
  • Use data to identify trends and drive improvements

HSE Integration

  • Lead by example in health, safety, and environmental best practice
  • Ensure quality processes support safe and compliant outcomes

What you’ll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in quality, engineering, or a related field (or strong relevant experience)
  • Experience in a quality-focused role within manufacturing
  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft F&O / ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A strong team player who builds positive relationships across the business
  • Customer-focused with a professional and solutions-led approach
  • Confident, curious, and motivated
  • Highly organised with great time management
