What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide comprehensive support to the ALC QA team in daily operational activities.
  • Assist in the execution and monitoring of quality processes to ensure compliance with applicable GMP standards.
  • Support the Authorized Person (AP) in overseeing GMP compliance and the quality system within the ALC GMP facility.
  • Assist in the maintenance of quality documentation and records.
  • Participate in quality-focused projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of GMP standards for the pharmaceutical industry (i.e., PIC/S GMP) or other relevant accreditation systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Working Pattern

  • 20 hours per week.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day, Core working hours are between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Specific timing can be discussed.
  • Flexibility is required for extra working hours or reallocation of work time during audit periods or other occasions based on business needs.
