Position Overview:

The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes, facilities, and equipment are validated, qualified, and operated in full compliance with GMP. This role involves hands-on work in validation activities, data analysis, documentation, and material testing to guarantee the consistent quality, safety, and efficacy of our products.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Execute validation and qualification activities for facilities and equipment and perform data analysis to ensure GMP compliance.
  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System, including the review of GMP documents.
  • Conduct sampling and testing of various materials (raw materials, in-process, finished products).
  • Support production operations to achieve capacity goals while upholding product quality.
  • Utilize experience from the pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG industries to drive quality improvements.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Higher diploma, Associate or above degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Proven experience in a Quality role within a GMP environment.
  • Hands-on experience with facility/equipment validation and GMP documentation.
  • Knowledge of sampling and testing procedures for materials.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or FMCG industries is preferred.
