Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of QA principles, testing concepts, and methodologies.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) or any test case management, bug tracking, and reporting.
Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to think creatively and come up with out-of-the-box testing scenarios.
Experience with manual testing, with a focus on ensuring thorough coverage.
Hands-on experience with Selenium for test automation, including scripting or framework development.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality test coverage and identifying potential risks.
Good communication skills for raising clarifications and working closely with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing within the Audit domain.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze business requirements.
Design test cases, and scenarios based on requirement documents and execute test plans,
Think through diverse test scenarios to ensure comprehensive test coverage for the features and bug fixes and perform detailed regression testing
Raise clarifications on ambiguities in requirements promptly and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
Apply strong logical and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality deliverables.
Identify, document, and track bugs in ADO and follow through on resolutions.
Raise risks promptly when potential issues or gaps in coverage are identified.
Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium.
Ensure timely delivery of quality assurance activities, adhering to project timelines.
