Requirements
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance in embedded capacity.
- Minimum 3 years in leadership role.
- Experience working on Live Game.
- Demonstrable experience in test planning for complex features/systems.
- Familiarity with product quality development pipelines and strategic goal setting. Recognises the hallmarks of successful execution.
- Proficient in working with rem Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- Demonstrated experience in test planning for complex features/systems
- Comfortable with juggling multiple priorities and able to identify what’s important for the project.
- Experience using and configuring QA tools and bug databases (JIRA, Azure, PowerBI, etc).
- Working proficiency with UE5.
Desirable:
- I/ASTQB Agile Tester or ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST).
- Familiarity with test automation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA professionals collaborating with software engineers, content creators, project managers, and producers to deliver value to global players.
- Partner with team members, product leaders, and craft leaders to streamline problem-solving and enhance delivery.
- Guide and assign tasks to QA professionals.
- Using your extensive expertise, outline the roadmap for quality. Cultivate and manage QA professionals in a nurturing, professional atmosphere.
- Supervise QA teams spread across various locations, helping design and uphold a quality organisation.
- Scout, hire, and nurture skilled individuals.
- Embed quality and player impact into decision-making and developmental processes.
- Formulate and supervise testing strategies throughout the software lifecycle.
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, ensuring all involved parties meet them. Recognise potential risks, gauge their impact and probability, and strategize mitigation plans.
