QA Functional Egineer M/F (Rabat/Casablanca)

🎯 Responsibilities : 

• Analyse functional requirements, define the appropriate test approach, and ensure full traceability between requirements and test coverage.
• Design, structure and execute functional test scenarios (manual + basic automation)across web, mobile and API layers, ensuring clear documentation and reliable test evidence.
• Prepare test environments, manage test data, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices, tools and methodologies.
• Identify, report and track defects while collaborating closely with development, product and business teams to ensure alignment and functional quality.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and support knowledge sharing by assisting and guiding junior testers within the team.

🛠️ Required Skills : 

• Solid experience in manual functional testing on web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong skills in writing clear test cases, executions and reports.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON/XML and validation with Postman or similar tools.
• Test management: Jira, Xray, TestLink, HP ALM.
• Collaboration: Confluence, Microsoft Teams.
• Multi‑device testing (BrowserStack, iOS/Android smartphones & tablets).
• Exposure to CMS/ERP environments is a plus (Drupal, Hybris/HMC).
• Basic notions of automation with Selenium, Karate, Katalon, or similar tools.

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in cross‑functional Agile teams.

🎓 Profile :

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in functional testing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• ISTQB certification appreciated.
