ABOUT THE ROLE

Our QA team plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our product for over 30 million monthly active users worldwide. That's why we're looking for an experienced QA Engineering Manager to lead and scale our Quality Assurance efforts. In this role, you'll be responsible for the operational management of the QA team, while strategically collaborating with Product and Development teams. 

Your tasks and responsibilities

• QA team management
• Hiring, training and mentoring QA testers and engineers
• Evaluation and adoption of new QA tools and technologies as needed
• Tracking and improvement of product quality trends and defect leakage rates
• Defining and evolving the overall QA strategy and vision across products or services
• Collaboration and cooperation with other teams (Product, Development,...)
  
  

What you bring to the team

• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineering Manager, QA Team Lead or similar
• Your passion is working with people and making sure they are satisfied with their work
• A strong technical background of development experience with modern test automation tools (e.g., Appium, Playwright) and test integration within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), along with proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills
• High quality verbal and written communication skills
• A sense of ownership, urgency, and pride in your work
