About The Job
As a Quality Engineer at November Five, you ensure that products are delivered with assessed quality standards and follow up on quality attributes and issues post-release.
IF YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL:
- Challenge user stories and conduct risk analyses.
- Create and execute acceptance-criteria-based test cases.
- Follow-up on issues during development sprints and release periods.
- Report and assess quality metrics during development iterations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Optimize applications and workflows for speed and efficiency in digital solutions.
- Continuously explore new technologies and frameworks to improve digital offerings.
- Keep up-to-date with the fast-evolving landscape of technologies and innovations, sharing your knowledge and expertise with your teammates.
Requirements
THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING:
- You are experienced in creating and implementing test plans for various digital solutions, including web and (native) mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with test automation and believing that test automation and testing are inseparable concepts.
- Good understanding of automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypres, Appium, ...
- Understand how mobile and web apps are built.
- Are familiar with the concepts of programming. Some actual professional programming experience is a bonus!
- Experience with scrum - that's a big plus!
- Firm grasp of software development best practices, including various methodologies and techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- A mindset aligned with our values of amazement, heart, and results.
- Eagerness to contribute to projects that move people, organizations, and society.
- Speak Dutch and/or English fluently.
