We are a dedicated team of inspectors who carry out audits to validate quality criteria for customers, management, certifiers, and other stakeholders. We are a medium-sized team of 30+ people where everyone is working on different but connected projects. Write manual and later automated tests to conduct complex functional - integration tests to confirm that the acceptance criteria have been met;

Perform functional testing in web/desktop applications and/or back-end systems (depending on the project);

Support, maintain, and improve all related test cases;

Report software defects and collaborate across multiple development teams to resolve them;

Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality products;

Apply Agile principles effectively in day-to-day activities;

Advocate for product quality within a cross-functional development team;

Contribute to identifying testing strategies and driving their implementation together with the QA Guild;

Help make the release process as smooth as possible while maintaining the highest quality;

Train and mentor less senior team members;

Bring your own ideas and initiatives – there is lots of space for creativity and innovation;

Ensure that the product meets high-quality standards for deployment.

Core Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance (frontend, backend, web applications testing);

Experience with Postman and Playwright;

Experience in test case design & management;

Familiarity with management tools (like Jira, Confluence, etc.);

Quick understanding of complex technical systems/structures;

A desire for quality in each and all aspects of the shippable product;

Experience with Agile/Kanban (or similar) methodologies and understanding how to work in dev teams;

Good verbal and written communication skills, written and spoken English;

Bonus Points

API testing experience;

Virtualization, Gitlab, Jenkins tools experience;

Frontend automatization using script languages (e.g., Javascript, Typescript or similar) is a plus (Cypress, WebdriverIO, Protractor or other selenium or non-selenium-based frameworks);

Experience with Jest, Axios;

Experience using NodeJS;

Experience with Docker, Postman, BrowserStack/BrowserStack connect, Figma, and Selenium would be a big plus.

Salary Range

Gross Salary 11,000 - 19,800 PLN/Month.
