QA Engineer

iKnowHow S.A. is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team has grown by more than 80%, we have moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we have embarked on several exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software, and robotics.

We are now looking for a highly motivated QA Engineer to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

The position reports to the Support & Quality Lead.

Your Day will Look like:

• Understand project requirements and specifications in collaboration with Business Analysts
• Design structured test plans and test cases based on functional requirements and user stories
• Execute manual test scenarios to validate system behaviour and identify defects
• Document, track and report issues found during testing and collaborate with developers to resolve them
• Perform regression testing to ensure that fixes or new features do not introduce new issues
• Maintain and organize testing documentation, including test cases, test results and defect logs
• Work closely with Business Analysts who prepare initial test scenarios and refine them into structured test plans
• Help establish testing standards, templates and processes for the organization
• Contribute to the gradual setup of a Quality Assurance framework, including testing methodologies and tools
• Support the implementation of testing tools and help structure the future QA practice of the company

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in manual software testing
• Experience preparing test cases and executing functional testing scenarios
• Familiarity with defect tracking and testing tools
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to collaborate with developers, analysts and project managers
• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent command of the English language
