Role Overview
You are the "last line of defense" before Flowith reaches its users. As the gatekeeper of software quality, you will navigate between requirements, code, and user experience. You will not only use sharp intuition and rigorous logic to accurately catch hidden defects but also drive the optimization of the R&D process, ensuring every AI experience we deliver to global users is supremely smooth and reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Scenario Test Execution: Design and execute rigorous test cases based on project requirements, comprehensively covering functional, API, regression, and various extreme edge cases.
- Defect Tracking & Closed-Loop Management: Accurately locate issues during testing, promptly record and report risks, drive the development team to efficiently fix defects, and track them through to a complete closed loop.
- Core Workflow Assurance: Take charge of strict acceptance and quality control before version releases, ensuring the stable availability of the product's core operational links, bringing confidence to every launch.
- Testing Efficiency Improvement: Accumulate testing methodologies in daily work, participate in refining test plan standards, and assist the team in building an efficient quality assurance system.
- 全场景测试设计与执行：针对 Flowith 核心需求设计详细的测试用例并高效执行，全面覆盖功能、接口、客端、回归，以及断网、弱网、复杂数据导入等极端异常场景。
- AI 交互与模型深度验证：针对 LLM 和 Agent 的非确定性输出进行质量把控，测试 Prompt 的稳定性、上下文记忆能力、工具调用准确率，评估并降低模型幻觉，确保 AI 响应的质量与安全性。
- 体验驱动的深度把关：在设计与验收阶段深度参与，跳出纯粹的“找 Bug”思维，死磕细节（如视觉间距、提示文案、容错率交互），持续提出产品级体验优化建议，确保交付质量。
- 缺陷追踪与闭环协同：记录测试结果，及时预警测试过程中的潜在风险与问题，推动开发团队高效修复，并跟踪直至彻底闭环。
- 版本质量把控：协助规范版本号管理，负责敏捷版本发布前的严格质量验收，确保产品核心操作链路的绝对稳定可用。
- 上线后反馈跟进：配合产品与运营团队，关注上线后的数据表现与全球用户反馈，从中发掘隐性问题并反哺测试用例，推动下一轮的产品优化。
Requirements
- You break things purposefully so our users never have to by accident.
- Quality Defender: 2+ years of software testing experience. Strong logical thinking and problem-analysis skills, capable of independently reproducing issues and pinpointing blind spots like a detective.
- Testing Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with common testing and project management tools (e.g., Postman/Apifox, Jira/Zentao) for both functional and API testing.
- Communication Hub: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to collaborate efficiently with R&D and product teams, maintaining composure in fast-paced agile iterations.
- AI-Driven Curiosity: Strong learning ability and self-drive. Highly curious about AI technologies and capable of continuously tracking and practicing the latest methodologies in AI application testing.
- Bonus: Experience in writing automated testing scripts (Python/JS, etc.), or quality assurance experience with LLM applications/SaaS products.

- 测试工具熟练工：熟练使用常见接口与抓包工具（如 Postman / Apifox 等），以及Chrome DevTools。
- 沟通与协作枢纽：具备出色的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能与研发、设计（UI/UX）和产品团队高效配合，在功能的模块化拆分与小步快跑验收中保持敏捷。
- 拥抱 AI 的自驱力：对 AI 技术充满好奇，具备强烈的学习欲望，能够持续跟进并探索 AI 应用测试相关的新型实践、自动化工具与方法论。
- 英文能力：良好的英文读写能力，能够阅读全英文技术文档，并适应国际化团队的协作节奏。
