You will be part of Platform Automation team
Develop API end-to-end automated tests for cloud-discovery features in our product, both progression and regression testing.
Debug existing tests, improve stability and enhance runtime.
Work with different cloud vendors such as GCP, AWS, Azure and more
Analysis over nightly runs, open bugs and keep on quality improvement
Work closely with engineering and other QA stakeholders.

Skills & Experience you bring
Knowledge in developing in Python (proven experience is an advantage)
Strong testing and quality skills (an advantage).
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and attention to details.
Experience with cloud environments such as GCP/AWS/Azure and others (an advantage)
Team player, with high ability to work independently.
Self-learner and ability to learn new technologies and methodologies in a relatively short time.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English
Candidate should also possess the ability to work under pressure with extreme deadlines, prioritize projects, and maintain focus and a sense of humor
Role & Team
We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer to join our Cortex group in our Tel Aviv R&D center.
The team is responsible for the implementation, execution and analysis of automated system and regression tests via Cloud vendors APIs and via the product APIs of Palo Alto Cortex platform.
In this role you will participate in our group efforts of establishing a thorough test coverage of the Cortex Platform discovery and ingestion capabilities, improving and maintaining the overall product quality by developing E2E tests.
All this in a fast pace, agile based process of development, test and release.
